Fantastic Goggles

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I'd recommend these to anyone. Fantastic field of view. They look filthy and they come with two fantastic lens'. They are also beyond difficult to fog up. The only downside is ive gotten a few little scratches on the reflective lens but they are amazing.

I was interested in buying this product but the company is unwilling/unable to tell you what chemical or material requires the PROP 65 consumer warning. I spoke with supervisor and they gave me a bogus number to call, when I called back moments later he was "no longer available."

    the bigger the better

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These goggles are the perfect size, you won't have to worry about not being able to see anyone in your peripherals on the hill with these goggles. Also the Lens on these are super easy and quick to change so swapping a lens on hill is no problem. They also work surprisingly well with my Smith Maze Brain bucket. If you're in the market for some goggles look no further, you won't regret these.

Would these fit with a protec helmet? And would they be suitable to whistler conditions?

    Unanswered Question

HI, i was wondering what conditions these lenses would suit as i need a decent anti - fog and clear vision for somewhere like Japan. HELP???

Does anyone know if these will fit with a smith optics variant brim helmet?

    Hey Sam,

The NFX will fit very well with the entire Smith Snow Helmet line. For helmets that are on the smaller size, the NFX will cover the whole face and be right at the brim line. The NFX is a very large lensed goggle.

Is the frame of the goggle black or white?

    Hey Loller,

The NFX is a "frameless" design. If you were to look down onto the google you will see a colored "frame" and black mesh/venting. Most of the frames are the color of the Dragon. But some are the color of the band. Goodness. When looking at the options the first color(INVERSE/red ionized/extra yellow-blue ionized lens) on the goggle will be the frame/band color. I am going to try and get you some photos or videos.

Will the Dragon NFX goggle be compatible with a K2 Rant helmet?

    Hey there,

The NFX's will possibly get pushed down a little bit from the brim of the K2 rant, but it shouldn't be alot at all if you have the helmet properly secured and strapped / held in place.

    killer goggles

used them for half a season as my smith ios broke on a bad wreck. havent had any problems and i love the bigger fit. Get them!

      Dope goggles

      • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

These goggles are sick. Look awesome and have super vision. They don't fit with my helmet, cause they're too big. That's the only reason I'm not giving these a 5. They basically need to be worn with a beanie/not a helmet.

Eye protection? How about Eye Armor?

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is a great option for anyone looking for a goggle with a great field of view, good looks, and an included second lens.

Material: The elastic strap has a noticeable amount of stretch to it, allowing you to adjust the strap a little smaller than needed and then stretch it around your head for a perfect, all day fit. The silicon beading on the inside of the strap ensures that it doesn't slip off of the back of your head, whether it is over your hair (although that would most likely be a little painful), beanie, or jacket (although I have not tried it, I am sure that it would also help prevent the strap from slipping off of a helmet). The Lexan lens seems to be sturdy, as I have not seen any nicks or scratches after multiple times cutting through the trees. I have yet to have the lens fog up on me either, which is a plus with any goggle.

Fit: These goggles fit very well, having used them without a helmet up to this point. They are highly adjustable, allowing for those with small sized heads all the way up to larger sized melons (with my head being melon sized) being able to use them. They don't press against the face in any kind of painful or awkward manner, with very comfortable foam cushioning key pressure points, especially the bridge of your nose.

Features: The NFX goggle features frameless technology, allowing for a great field of view and unparalleled peripheral vision. The Lexan lens pulls off easily (with one hand, mind you) allowing for quick, painless lens switching when the light mellows out towards the end of the day. Did I mention that the lens is also treated to provide fog free riding all day? The protected vents make sure that you get adequate air flow to your dome, preventing condensation build up on the inside of the lens.

At the end of the day, the Dragon NFX Goggle is an excellent choice for anybody looking for some eye protection while hitting the slopes. Not only are you getting a goggle that looks good and performs as expected, but you also get a second lens as well (not to mention compliments on the hill).

      Awesome goggles

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The dragon nfx goggle is the best pair of snowboarding goggles i have ever used. These goggles have a great anti-fog feature which always helps me see clearly when riding. Also without the frame you have an awesome view and are able to see more around you, and if your first lens gets scratched you can always replace it with another nfx lens. Finally, these goggles are definitely worth the money.

What extra lens comes with the knight rider color?

      Great vis

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought these goggles earlier this season from a different store, and they've worked great. Fit pretty well with my Pro-Tec Riot helmet, and provide awesome visibility. Haven't had any problems fogging, with temps ranging from -20F to 50F. Definitely a solid goggle choice.

Will the nfx goggles be compatible with poc helmets ?

what helmet specifically are you trying to pair the goggles with

What are the chances these fit over glasses?

      Hey hec105709809,

These goggles are not designed to properly fit over glasses. Follow the link below and you will be directed towards goggles that are eyeglasses compatible goggles.

Great product, but no bonus lens

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Great googles overall just what I've wanted. But was little bit dissapointed when I hadn't seen bonus lens in package. It was said I'll get clear ones together with black, but got only black.

NFX with Bern brimmed brain bucket

Can't remember what my buddies gogs are.. will update

how do they fit your bern? do they ride down at all?

They push down slightly, not as much as you would think.

      vista for days

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Bought the murdered/dark smoke, and they did not come with a bonus lens. My understanding is that they do not.

I ride with Bern brimmed helmet and these fit just fine with it. These goggles do the job, they interchange lenses easily ( I bought the clear lens for night riding) and I may keep adding to that collection. I like the top of the lens where they've given you an Armored venting protection. It is the bee's knee's, especially if you have ever ripped your foam before.
