    Great Leash

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought the calf strap and it works great. The velcro attachments are strong and solid. Would recommend this product.

    solid leash

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Comfortable cuff, large range of adjustment at the cuff seems solid

    Boats

Boats, they will try and knock you over (& can ya really blame them?), and, when they do, you'll be glad you have a comfy leash.

      Good stuff

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Very thankful to have this leash when I lose my balance. It is really comfy around the ankle.

      leash

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Da kind sup leash 9 ft.

Fits snug around my calf. Leash itself lays flat as it should so it doesn't tangle. I would say it's a good product

Ankle or calf? Coiled or straight?

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I like the calf ones. The ankle ones just seem to get in the way more.

The quality is first rate with Dakine.

Might I have gone with a coiled one for SUP? Yeah maybe if I had to do it over. The long leashes for SUP catches on crap that is floating in the water. Milfoil and other plant matter.

      Solid All-Around

This is a great leash for non-surfing SUP. It is comfy to wear and a good length. It seems like the quality is not super top notch but it certainly gets the job done.

        Good leash

This leash is long enough without being too long. It attaches to the board easily. Most importantly it's very comfortable to wear.

          A good product

Dakine makes great leashes whether for surf or flatwater SUP. You wouldn't want to use this one for surfing, but it's great for racing and flatwater touring. It does what it's supposed to by staying coiled on the board to reduce your drag. If you're paddling in saltwater make sure to give it a rinse after. All that salt will eventually seize up the bearing in the rail saver if you don't.
