Get a grip.

The Dakine Women's Cross-X Glove provides low-profile padding and tactile grip for riders pedaling across undulating flow trails, tight switchbacks, and burly rock drops. It's a classic trail glove designed to take the edge off jarring vibration while increasing bar control, especially when sweaty palms threaten your grip. Low-profile foam padding soaks up shock, but without sacrificing tactile control.

Four-way stretch polyester and air mesh panels conform to your hand while breathing well for optimal comfort. To ensure grip on steep trails where control is everything, the AX Suede Deuce keeps a steady hold without slipping out. Silicone-printed fingers lend sticky control for modulating brakes across prolonged descents. And when it's time to switch up tracks, the touchscreen-compatible fingers allow you to crank up the tunes before dropping in.

Great XC Gloves!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have long fingers and struggle to find women's gloves that fit well in length. My last gloves were Giro women's L and were a little short. Following the size guide these gloves fit perfectly in length but are a tiny bit big in width for me which creates some buckling of fabric in the palm if I don't pay close attention when putting them on. You might want to consider sizing down if you have thin hands but long fingers or prefer a tight fit. Very comfortable fabric and extremely fast drying. Less padding than my previous gloves but enough to ensure they won't wear out right away. My husband and father-in-law have the men's version and both are very pleased with then as well. Would recommend for XC riders.

Sizing is wonky

Definitely usually true to medium in women's gloves, my last two pair were women's fingerless Giro. Size chart goes off circumference and that's spot on, but the finger length was too stubby and there's no info on that if going up sizes would help or just be too big width wise and still too short. :/

Thank you so much for the feedback and contributing to our community, Devin!

    So far so good

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

These have been great gloves for my wife. The stitching is pretty solid and she has had no issues after a few months of riding. They have a little bit of padding on the palm, just enough to offer some extra cushion but not bulky. Too much padding negatively affects trail feedback, she says that is not the case with these. Would recommend. Fits true to size for women's gloves. She is usually a medium in most brands and medium worked in these.
