As durable as it is soft, the Steens will warm your baby boy throughout winter.
The Columbia Infant Boys' Steens II Mountain Fleece Jacket is simple in design for warmth on walks around the neighborhood or layering for cross-town trips to Grandma's house. Its polyester MTR filament fleece fabric is warmer than average fleeces, and it's more durable for protection during crawling practice sessions. Its modern classic fit means the jacket is semi-fitted so your future champion doesn't look like a starfish when you add layers to his snow-protection outfit.

- Q & A
Bought this for my nephew and he loves it. He wears it almost everyday.
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
- Fit: True to size
I bought this for my cousins and it's just too cute! I absolutely love that it comes with little pockets and I think will it be super warm! I would definitely recommend it plus it's super affordable! I bought it in black since we don't know if it's a boy or girl yet so I think the black will be perfect.
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
I was looking for something that wasn't too light or too thick. This was perfect. Fits him well for the next few months to come. Love it.
Love it! Own two!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
We bought this for our little guy when we visited Reno last year in size 12/18 and we used it all winter. Bought one fore this winter size 2T and use it all the time. Trim enough to fit in car or bike seat, but warm! He's 14 months, so it does run small, but all baby clothes do. We are planning to get one for our niece for Christmas. Great buy!
Runs VERY small
Although this coat is cute it runs terribly small and it is very slim fitting. I ordered an 18-24 month size for my 30th percentile 12 month old and I am very disappointed with how small it is. I used Columbia's size chart to order and went with this size because it is supposedly bigger than a 2T, but there is no way this will fit him when he's 18 months. Columbia's customer service department was useless to me but advised I should have ordered a 3T for my 12 month old (what?!). If this jacket fit properly it would probably be a great buy - its cheap, cute, seems pretty well made and isn't too bulky for his carseat. Too bad he won't be getting much use out of it. Backcountry is awesome but I won't be ordering anything Columbia again.
