Its water-resistant softshell fabric sheds snowflakes for protection, breathes for comfort, and stretches for mobility. Columbia embossed a grid-like fleece to the interior for soft warmth, and it gave the jacket Microtemp insulation to ensure warmth throughout winter. The Gate Racer also features hook-and-loop tabs at each cuff, a drawcord at the waist, and an adjustable hood to keep cold drafts at bay.

Bought this for my boyfriend (he needed a bit of updating) looks great on him and he loves it! Fit is very good. Keeps him warm.The only thing he wishes is that it had an inside pocket.
