I've been looking for high-rise hiking shorts that don't fall down and don't require a belt. While these were a decent fit, they were just poorly made. The back zip pocket doesn't lie flat and creates a weird, poochy effect. Also.... they were almost completely see-through!!! Why are the standards for women's hiking gear so low?! Who wants to wear see-through shorts on the trail?! Just weird. Also, mine arrived with a small stain/smudge on the back leg? (Pictured). It's shame, because otherwise they were pretty cute, and the fabric was nice & stretchy. I'm returning them. :-/
