Good all rounder with limitations
I have these on anytime it's damp or during colder seasons. First of all Castelli claims these are good for down to 0C/32F which is ridiculous if you're wearing cycling road shoes under. They begin to get cold on 1.5 hour+ rides at around 50F/10C (generous) if there's little wind. I took starts off because I was hoping to ride these in the temps Castelli claims but they haven't lived up to the claims. I was once caught in the rain and my socks were wet so they are also not totally waterproof. They do keep road spray or small puddles at bay though.
