3 for 3 — Winner for me!

These are the 3rd pair of Skylar Skinny Cord Pants I’ve bought since I discovered them this Fall — OBVIOUSLY I’m a big❤️fan😁 I’ve been trying to find corduroy pants for years and was DELIGHTED to find such GREAT FITTING/L👀KING ones. The only drawback is they aren’t as warm as I’d prefer for my cords to be, but I couldn’t resist how attractive these are.

Expensive exchange

I usually wear a size 4 I went up to a six when I ordered these because they were skinny. They were too small and I was disappointed that I had to pay for an exchange.

I love these pants! I

I love these pants! I am 5'5 and 117 and I needed a 2. I am usually a 0 for reference.

Great pants

I bought these in teal at a local store last year, loved them, and got many compliments. Happy to have another pair.

Runs really small

I usually wear a 6 in Carve but based on reviews, ordered a size 8. I couldn't even pull them all the way up. There is no stretch and just something seems off with the sizing.

Love the style

These are really nice cords but they are tight at the waist. I am normally a 6, i ordered an 8. I had to return them and order a 10. Honestly you may need to order TWO sizes up instead of one. The problem with these pants is they just fit oddly tight, and the other option is a boyfriend cord. too tight or too big. I wish this fit better. They are not very forgiving it you gain a bit of weight. So they are now my skinny pants when i can fit in them despite already being two sizes above my normal size.

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

First impressions - the high rise sits a little low on me so I find I have to pull them up some, otherwise the crotch hangs a LITTLE bit low. They are short/ankle length. Other than that, I like them very much! I wasn't sure a size 6 would fit me but it does. There is stretch too. In my Prana cords I'm a size 8, in my Patagonia cords size 29. I'm a size 28 in other brands generally. Happy to find a pair of new corduroy pants because I wear mine to death 3 months out of the year. They are warm, practical, durable, comfy for everything from working at my desk to walking or hiking my dog, golfing, or post-ski apres. Wish Patagonia and Prana kept making more of them, as well as other outdoor clothing brands. These are my first Carve Designs ever and I'm pleased.

Runs unusually small

I had the same exact experience as the other reviewers -- ordered a size larger (since it's a skinny, and I figured I'd get ahead of the sizing issue). Couldn't get it over my legs. I have strong legs, small waist. Carve often recommends a 6 for me, but I'm historically an 8 (hello, legs); I ordered the 10...it was a no go.

Snug fit

I LOVE Carve But these cords run snug. I am keeping my pair but my 8 fits more like a fitted 6. The waist is the issue.

Its True... These Are Sized Just Awful

I returned this product before using it

i want to keep them so bad, but not a chance. i have the other cord style in the same size and i love them. these are sized way way off. In the waste and the leg width. Length is great. Pretty certain if i sized up 2 sizes these still wouldn't fit. Returned.
