Be your own boss.

Reach new limits and don't get held back with sub-standard bib shorts. Enjoy all-day comfort, soft and highly-technical fabrics, and a refined fit in The Men's Padrone Bib Short from Capo. Available in Black, Grey, and Navy, these bibs are a perfect complement to the Padrone jersey or your favorite top.

Capo dials in the fit with its Super Corsa paneling design which uses twelve highly-articulating panels in the shorts, rather than the typical ten, which are joined with flatlock seams. The curve of the seam on the front of the shorts help reduce the potential for bunching and flapping of the fabric while in the riding position. The mesh bib uppers are bonded to the lowers so you get an incredible range of motion, without any stitching to dig in or any ridges. The bibs are made of ultra-high-gauge Lycra, which offers a slightly compressive fit helping to reduce muscle fatigue while promoting circulation during long rides. Lastly, the form-fitting and multi-density elastic foam on the Anatomic CS EIT insert provides long-range comfort and support for multi-hour ventures and its non-chafing, anti-bacterial microfiber surface keeps you cool and comfortable while preventing odors and unwanted bacteria.

  • Highly-technical bib shorts for all-day rides
  • Stretchy lycra construction provides compressive support
  • Anatomic CS EIT chamois delivers ride-long comfort
  • Bonded harness bib upper with mesh for breathability
  • Flatlock construction reduces chafe-induced discomfort

Fundamentally Excellent Bibs

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium

Top-notch bibshorts, made from quality fabrics and great workmanship. The pad is especially good - really comfortable on long rides without excess bulk. The cut is athletic but not freakishly snug, though the legs could be shorter for my tastes. Only two quibbles: internal seams make for Maori thigh tattoos when you take the shorts off, and the gripper fabric on the legs tends to flare outwards like bell bottoms. Still, I'd buy them again.
