Precise shifting, intuitive control.
As the long-standing benchmark for crisp, highly accurate shifts, the Campagnolo Record 11 Ergopower Shifters retain the multi-cog shifting that defined earlier versions, but with revised cable pull ratios for faster, more precise shifts than ever. Retaining their rapid-fire control, the rear derailleur lever moves up to three sprockets on the upshift and five sprockets on the downshift. Another change with this newer version is the ability to shift to the large ring with three clicks (with one swipe) and small ring with two clicks, the third click reserved for trim adjustment.
Vari-Cushion hoods use multiple densities of hypoallergenic silicone rubber for grippy confidence. The hood's pebble-like texture is similar to Campy's older ten-speed models, while the interior features a waffle pattern for extra cushioning. Providing confident control at high speeds, the levers feature an ergonomic redesign with a double curve that's easily reachable in both the hoods and drops.
The shifters themselves feature durable steel and alloy for similar levels of strength as titanium Super Record Shifters, albeit with a minor weight penalty of six grams. Shaving grams wherever possible, the lever bodies use a composite material that's lighter than that on the Chorus, in addition to their dual cut-outs for added weight savings.
This kit comes with Campagnolo's shifting cables, as well as a shim to increase the hood's volume, if desired. They're only compatible with 2015 Campagnolo Super Record, Record, and Chorus drivetrain components.

- Q & A
What if I broken my 2012 shifters? Can I use current campy?
Hey Anthony, you cannot run the current generation of Campagnolo Shifters with any prior to 2015.
The best shifters I've ever tried.
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I find the latest iteration of this shifter to have particularly effective ergonomics when braking from the hoods, and excellent braking leverage in particular. The Campy shift mechanism has always worked really well for me and this is the smoothest, most intuitive and connected-feeling shifter I've ever used. It retains the ability for multiple shifts in either direction with one movement of a paddle, and the hood shape fits extremely well into the hand. Brilliant!
