Helio Fixed Length Carbon Ski Poles

Black Diamond isn't going to pair its brand-new touring and mountaineering ski collection with any old pole. New for this year, the Helio Fixed Length Carbon Ski Poles are just as lightweight and stiff as their namesake. An innovative inflation molding device makes these poles the lightest that Black Diamond has ever made. BD integrated an extended grip directly into the pole that helps you choke down on steeper ascents. Another new innovative to the Helio is a stiffened basket that has a hooking point for switching heel risers faster.

    • Black Diamond's lightest ski pole for touring and mountaineering
    • Inflation-molded carbon fiber keeps the pole resilient and stiff
    • Integrated grip and touring ring for choking up on the steeps
    • Stiffened basket with hooking point for switching hike levers

    Are my hands numb?

These are so light weight that I'm convinced half the time they couldn't stop a frog from falling (I dont even know what that means). I would agree with Jason about putting grip tape on them, but not necessary.

      So Light

Don't even feel real, get some grip tape though to put on the grips, otherwise lovin them!
