A straight-to-the-point fleece
The Corpus Fleece Hooded Jacket is a skiing fleece you’ll want to wear pre- and post-ski season. Built with sherpa fleece, this jacket is designed to keep you warm and comfortable on the mountain. Break it out in the fall for some brisk hiking and dream about the fun times you will create together when the trail is covered in snow. The adjustable hood cinches down and protects your ears when the wind picks up, and the zippered chest pocket is great for your wallet or granola bar. Its straightforward design pairs well with other activities when you take it off the mountain.

- Q & A
Outstanding at first; couple caveats
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: Medium
Just got this via Brown Santa. Wow! Initial impression is fantastic! It is thick; very thick. In a good way. Heat index happens to be 100 degrees outside now, so I cannot comment on its warmth. But based on its thickness and density, I would say that this will be extremely warm and cozy! It feels very high quality; like it costs money and is worth it. I really like it. Compared to my years old North Face Denali fleece this gives a better impression.
A couple caveats: the sizing is slightly weird. The medium happens to fit me, but just barely. It is a very trim fit in this size for me. If you have any intention of layering or you are in between sizes, I would definitely size up. For reference, I wear a medium in about 85% of tops I buy and a large in about 15%. My guess is the large would also fit me with just a bit more room. One thing I love about the size is that it is long in the sleeve and hem, but not too long. Plenty long enough for my 6' frame. Other caveat: I was hoping the hood fit over my helmet. It doesn't. The hood is quite large, almost as if they were trying to make it helmet compatible, but they didn't quite make it large enough. So I don't quite get the sizing thereof.
I will update once I have some mileage on it. At this price, I would say this is a steal.
