I ORDERED THIS HELMET LAST YEAR ON 7/25/23 - GOT IT IN TIME FOR MY ANNUAL OBX VACATION - I LIKED THE FIT, WEIGHT & VENTING ON THE HELMET - BUT LIGHT SUCKS - WON'T TAKE AND/OR HOLD A CHARGE - WHEN I THINK IT'S GOOD TO GO THE LIGHT TURNS ON AND THEN TURN OF WITH A FEW MINUTES - I CONTACTED YOUR STEVEN HOVEY ON 8/11/23 AND 9/22/23 ABOUT THE ISSUE - NO RESPONSE - BECAUSE OF SOME KNEE ISSUES I HAVEN'T BEEN RIDING THIS YEAR SO I FORGOT ABOUT THE ISSUE - BUT NOW IT'S TIME FOR OBX AGAIN AND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A WORKING LIGHT ON MY HELMET - PLEASE RESPOND
