The fabric is really soft and the fit is perfect. I used it as a layer when snowboarding and just hanging around town. I can see myself also using it for exercising or as a long sleeve option when running.

- Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
- Sleeve:
- Have someone measure from the center of the back neck down the arm, with arm slightly bent, to the wrist bone.
- Waist:
- Bend to the side and measure around the place where your waist bends, keeping the tape a bit loose.
- Hip:
- Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hip.
