Basin & Range Dugway Fleece

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Large

Wow it is a bargain for around $50. I was amazed at the quality and thickness of the fleece for this price point. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Although I just purchased it and have not used it extensively yet, I'm feeling pretty comfortable it is up to the task. Very pleased with this product especially for the price.

Warm, Stylish, but wacky sizing

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large
  • Size Bought: Not going to work for you

It's a sweet fleece, very warm, old school style, and is built well. I'm a Large in most brands, but the Large was very snug. When I ordered the XL the shoulders and chest were awesome, but the body was laughably huge. I had a local shop take 6 inches out of the waist and now it's prefect.

Hey Jay, thanks so much for your review and comments. I work closely with this brand so feel free to send any suggestions my way!

While active or stationary, warmer than wool. Do not over heat, since it is very breathable. Bought another.

This is a solid fleece for the price. I tried on and it fits true to size.
i sent one as a gift to my Nephew, and had to send another to his Father. They both love them.

Unanswered Question

Length - Medium vs Large

I'm 6 feet tall and 160 lbs. Trying to decide between Medium or Large. Is there any difference in length between the two sizes or is it mainly a width difference? I'm usually a Medium-Tall size. Trying to find something that is long enough but not too baggy. Thanks!

Warm, soft, nice-looking fleece jacket

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Extra Large

This jacket is very comfortable and very warm. I have worn it every day since it arrived. The nice soft warm Sherpa fleece is a delight, and the medium blue color with the tan sleeve reinforcements and the tan section at the front of the shoulders, with a useful pocket. It is long enough to hang below the belt.

Very Warm!

I gave this to my brother as a gift and he loved it. He said it is the warmest fleece that he has ever had. He also really liked the colorblocking.

This is the warmest fleece I have ever worn, and with the nylon panels, I feel like this is burly enough to be worn as outerwear in alot stickier situations than I would normally wear a fleece. I like the retro styling too.

    Warm and Stylish!

I got this jacket with fall / winter weather in mind and it has been absolutely perfect so far. It is easily one of the warmest pieces of clothing that I own and likely one of the more stylish pieces as well. I'll admit that I love wearing this jacket even on the days when it's still pretty warm out, mainly because it looks awesome! The dark green and black is a nice combination and matches well with just about any pair of pants / shorts.
