We built the Waas ALLIED Down Pant for the coldest days when warmth can’t come at the expense of mobility. Backcountry designed these pants as a true insulating layer for storm riding, frigid park laps, and long waits on the mountain when the temperature drops fast. They slide easily under a shell and instantly add heat where we need it most.

Lofty 800-fill ALLIED down provides serious warmth, while recycled ripstop fabric keeps things lightweight and durable. Strategic performance knit panels at the sides, gusset, and cuffs allow us to move freely without feeling restricted. An elastic waistband with a drawcord dials in the fit, and when conditions warm up, the pants pack neatly into one of their hand pockets for easy stashing.
