Too small
Ordered an Xl, it was super short in length and runs really small. Needed this jacket in a time crunch and i couldn’t use it.

zipper doesn't work
The jacket is light, good for short people. I will definitely keep it if the zipper works! Unfortunately, I contacted the online chat and through emails for an exchange, but nobody answered. So I had to return it.

Runs insanely small
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Runs super short and small. I’m 5’9 and usually a large in brands like Patagonia & north face. I ordered an XL for it to be oversized and it runs suuuuper tiny & cropped. Clearly backcountry does not design with the female body type in mind. My “size up” size shouldn’t be tiny on me. Do better.

Awesome Jacket!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This coat is great! I will wear it out and about on its own on a chilly day or as a layer under my shell if I'm in the mountains. My favorite part is the small extenders in the neck of the jacket give you a little extra space for a scarf or neck warmer.

Great Jacket

This coat is cropped which works great for a shorter person. It is warm, soft, and has a great hood and lined pockets. Super happy to have found. Looking forward to putting it to the test. And it does fully pack into itself!

Love it!
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
I love this coat! It is thin and so warm. It is a little short and boxy, but I like it! I am having trouble with the zipper, so I am exchanging for a new one- not sure if I got a defective zipper. I like the coat enough to try again. I am normally a small, but bought a medium to be able to layer. I can wear a sweater or sweatshirt underneath comfortably.

just no

I was so excited to get this jacket?.until I put it on. First, its just weirdly short in the body. Like it was square shaped?wide and short. Also, it has that odd double zipper thing going on with one going up and one going down. It was very difficult to maneuver. It shouldn?t be that hard to just zip up a jacket.

Kept me warm in 16 Degrees with snow blowing in my face. Wore it under my softshell jacket.
