adjustably neat

steezy helmet. once again backcountry saved my ass after i broke my old helmet i had this one overnighted out to a kiting trip in island park. this helmet works great for that. never in the way and you adjust super quick to whatever you need to wear under it for extra warmth. love the magnetic chin lock especially. no fiddling around with the mechanism ever again! yay!

Perfect

The best helmet I've owned. It is super comfortable and light weight. Also it has good vent placement which helps your googles from fogging up (I have Oakley Crowbars). To top it off you get the perfect fit with the BOA system.

I bought an Anon Raider without the BOA feature in a large and found it too big without a beanie underneath so i took a chance and bought the Rodan also in a Large hoping the BOA would correct that problem. Works and fits great! I keep it all the way loose when its real cold and i need another head layer and when its not too chilly out i can tighten up without a hat. Great helmet and fits absolutely amazing with any Anon goggle. They really did great with this one here. Only complaint is that it is not very simple to put the SkullCandy Speakers in the helmet but that is minor so 5 stars it is!

My head circumstance is 55cm, but my head shape is round and has a larger width than normal 55cm heads. What size should I choose?

    Bad BoA

The BoA thing loosens up whenever I look to my right or left. I don't know if its just mine though...

First helmet I have ever purchased for myself. Never used one even though been snowboarding for 25 years now. Have kids and decided to set good example, gold star for me! Very light helmet and fits well thanks to the BOA system. I originally ordered a medium as my head measured 23" which fell into the medium size helmet fitting guide. The medium was super snug and decided to return it and get a large. The large fits great after I crank down the BOA. I didn't know if I would like a helmet, but after the first day, it seems normal for me now. Got about 15-20 days on snow thus far and no major issues. I like the slide closure instead of the regular buckle style as it is easy to work even with gloves. The only slight complaint I have is that the chin strap seems to loosen a little and I have to adjust it once in a while. Not a major issue but worth noting. I think I can solve that issue by putting a tight rubber band around the strap where it goes through the slide buckle. The chin strap loosening is a very minor drawback so I stuck with the 5 star rating as the helmet is super light, allows my head to breathe some but also keeps my head warm on cold days. Biggest reason for rating 5 stars is comfort and not knowing it is even on my head! Also fits well with my Oakley Canopy goggles.

Will the OT chips fit in this dome piece?

I have a pair of Dragon APX goggles. Will those big suckers fit with this helmet?

I'm border line medium and large. Which size would fit better? Will the BoA system tighten down to almost a medium if I get the large? Also, I have an M2 googles. Will it sit well on mt face when paired with the rodan? Thanks!

I would suggest the large, the Boa system will be able to make it fit snug on your head. The M2 goggles will work with this helmet no problem.

I fall between a XS AND S, being a 54.5cm (I have a small head) Would I be able to go with a small (55-57cm) and be able to manually adjust to my head size ?

I think that is the best way to go , that way if you need to wear a light weight hat under your helmet you can if needed.

Yes, the boa adjustment system on this helmet is very similar to the boa adjustment system on snowboard boots, and will give you a nice, snug fit.
