Anon Rime Helmet - Kids'

Protection for little riders.

Woah, a helmet with great protection capabilities and good looks? What is this, the future? The Anon Kids' Rime Helmet gives your little shredder the superior safety capabilities that you want while giving them the cool looks that they want. Anon knows that the Rime won't only be protecting your child's head during time on the slopes, but it will also be banged around in backpacks, fall off cafeteria tables, and roll around on the resort parking lot pavement. The Rime's durable and impact-resistant Endura-Shell ABS exterior features two-piece construction for long-lasting durability and ding-resistant strength.

The helmet's passive ventilation system pulls fresh air in the front while releasing moisture out the back so things don't get too clammy, ensuring under-helmet comfort. The fleece lining and ear pads add a soft layer of warmth, but if your young skier doesn't want to take off his or her favorite beanie, Anon's Simple Fit adjustment accommodates it. A Fidlock fastening system utilizes magnets for a secure closure that works easily with gloves.

Good Helmet, bad goggle clip

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

The helmet looks good and fits well on my daughter and she is loving her Frozen themed graphics. The main complaint is that the goggle clip sucks. It falls out of the back of the helmet and can't hold the goggle strap to save it's life other than that design flaw a pretty good helmet.

Decent Fitting Helmet

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I bought this for my 5 year old niece, the helmet in S/M fit her pretty well. As mentioned in the other review, the goggle strap bracket wasnt particularly well made plus the shape of the helmet in the front made it pretty difficult to rest her goggles on the helmet. She did really like the pink color, though

Ok helment.. not for small children.

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I got this helmet for my almost three year old. I measured his head and biased on the sizing provided on the helmet it should fit. It did fit his head however, it kept sliding back creating a gap between his goggles and his the top of his helmet. Also very hardy for a child neck to support. We found a Giro kids helmet that is super light and fits great!! Would recommend this over the Annon.

good helmet

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

good helmet. heat sensitive, though. while in ski school, my daughter, along with the rest of her class, was told to put her helmet on a heater to dry -- hers was the only one that warped. the helmet bracket is useless, and constantly falls off.

What are the measurements for the S/M and L/XL?

S/M: 48-51cm

L/XL: 52-55cm
