Best bang for the buck cot you can buy

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

If you are car camping, this is the best cot you can buy. I just purchased my third and fourth, so all the family now has one. It's very well made: the heavy duty steel will last forever, like the thick nylon sleeping surface. You do need some reasonable strength to bend the sprung legs into place, but I prefer this to having moving parts to break. There's nothing lightweight to make it expensive. The legs have a large contact surface with the ground, so very little chance of puncturing the floor of your tent.

I have never come across another Corlett!
