The Airblaster Guide Shell was built around that exact idea, pulling technical features from the top of the Airblaster Beast Series lineup and packaging them into a clean, simply styled parka that works as hard in the backcountry as it does in the park or on a long groomer lap when the visibility drops and the wind picks up.

Airblaster constructed the Guide Shell around their Glacier 2L fully seam taped shell, rated to 15,000mm waterproofing and 10,000g/m² breathability, finished with a PFC-free Eco-DWR treatment that handles variable mountain weather without the environmental cost of traditional waterproofing chemistry. A 2-way center front zipper opens from top or bottom for ventilation flexibility on the move, and mesh-lined underarm vents release heat fast when output climbs. The ergonomic 3-way adjustable hood with a laminated brim locks down over a helmet in a few quick moves, Lycra wrist gaiters and the molded Airpill cuff closure seal the sleeve against wind and snow at the wrist, and a removable powder skirt with a pass pocket window keeps the hem sealed on deep days while keeping lift access quick and painless. A mesh goggle pocket inside keeps eyewear protected and organized between runs, and dual entry hand pockets mean warm hands regardless of which direction you are reaching from.
