Say buh-bye to lead feet.

For every two good marathon-training days, there's at least one that gets the best of you—we're talking sloppy stride, lead feet, and fatigued muscles. So give yourself a break and combat the beast that is training with the Adidas Women's Adizero Adios Boost 3 Running Shoe. Crafted with a lightweight, Coolever mesh upper, this neutral road running sneaker features a full-boost midsole that provides paramount energy return and a full-length Torsion system, which is designed specifically for maximum propulsion from toe to heel throughout those speed-interval sessions. In addition to its bouncy-feel, the Adizero Adios Boost 3 is equipped with an ADIWEAR outsole and Continental rubber sole that ensures a solid grip and durability while maintaining a lightweight standard. After all, you've got those lead feet to think about as is.

Speed machines!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 10

I've been running mostly trail for the last few years and occasionally mix in some road running. This has no joke been my favorite road shoe to date! It's super lighweight, makes me feel fast, AND it accommodates my very wide feet. I'm in love!

great running shoe

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large

I am a neutral runner with somewhat of a wide foot. I got these in my normal size 6 (1/2 size down from most brands of running shoes/sneakers) and they fit perfectly.

I love how lightweight and super breathable these shoes are. They kept my feet cool and dry while running in 95 degree heat.

These feature Adidas' patented Boost technology, which offers exceptional cushioning while still maintaining it's responsiveness. Boost is super durable and should feel the same from the first mile to the last (I will give you an update after I've logged a few more miles in these).

The Continental rubber on the outsole provides amazing traction, especially on wet surfaces. I recently ran a few miles in the rain and I could feel these shoes gripping the ground. I am pretty accident prone and felt really stable running in these on the wet pavement.

Comfort for days!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 7.0

I wasn't really sure how I was going to feel about these shoes at first! I'm kind of picky with running shoes because my feet tend to be a little sensitive. Turns out I really love them! They've turned into my go to choice when I'm running or doing anything active really. They were comfortable right out of the box. I didn't need time to break them in whatsoever. Also another huge win for me was that they were comfortable for my entire run from the get go. usually with new shoes my feet tend to ache after a bit because they aren't used to the shoe quite yet. NOT with these though! Felt like I was running on clouds the entire time. I got my normal street shoe size of 7.0 but I wish I would have gotten a half a size bigger to give my feet room to move a little while running. I'd say the only downfall is the laces. I really don't like them. Maybe it's just mine but the material they are made out of makes it a pain in the butt to try and loosen them to be able to get them on. Not a deal breaker, but also not a fan. I'll probably end up changing them at some point.
