Adidas Adizero Adios Boost 3 Running Shoe - Men's

Kiss second place goodbye.

Instead of doing your darndest just to keep staring at someone else's back, leave them in the dust with a little help from the Adidas Adizero Adios Boost 3 Men's Running Shoe. It's a lightweight (just eight ounces per shoe) road rocket that keeps you moving forward with a little kick from the Boost foam midsole and Torsion midfoot support system. Great light weight running shoes.

Light and Fast Road Shoes

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 9.5

These are basically a racing flat with a bit more padding. Great for shorter, faster training runs or speed work, but a bit too minimal for a long-distance high mile training shoe. The mesh uppers are comfortable and dump heat and sweat well. Fit is snug throughout the heel and mid foot with just enough room in the forefoot not to crunch your toes. The soles are thin but the boost material makes them a little less punishing.

Construction quality is great, soles grip well to wet pavement, and they look pretty darn fly. Seriously though... looks are usually the last thing I think about buying a running shoe, but these things look GOOD - casual understated old-school cool. You'll be the fliest guy at the starting line of the weekly 5k.

Great choice for a race day shoe for almost anyone for 5-10k distances, and more competitive runners would probably do well using them for half marathon and up distances as well.

Nice !

    Great comfortable light running shoes!!

    Not for me

These are really cushioned racing flats and are designed for more slightly built runners. I'm 6 ft and 185 and while they are light and comfortable, after a few long runs over 14 miles, I had some foot issues. Some if it may be just me, but running the same distance in a Saucony shoe is less punishing. If you are 150-160 lbs. I think these are the best, but for me just not enough support.

      Best running shoes I've owned

I bought these shoes because they are worn by athletes that break marathon world record times and they have boost. My last two pairs of running shoes were the Brooks Cascadia 8's and the Brooks PureConnect. I bought these to run on tarmac and the hamster wheel at the gym and so far I think the are going to allow me to set some personal records. Laces go far down the shoe allowing you to adjust the fit to your unique foot shape. They are incredibly light. I no longer have my PureConnect's but they may be lighter.

Overall very comfortable out of the box and due to their extremely breathable material I am confident that I will be able to run faster and further as my feet won't over heat nor will they hurt because boost is the best!
