Why We Like The Highlander Down Jacket
Whether we're using the Marmot Highlander Down Jacket as a midlayer for skiing the resort or wearing it as a standalone piece through town, we use it to stay warm and toasty in brutal, cold weather. The weather-resistant Pertex Quantum fabric defends from light rains and wind, and the 700-fill down insulation is coated with Down Defender to resist water and prevent down soak. Elastic cuffs seal out cold winds, and a high neckline protects our neck and lower face from the bone-chilling cold.

Perfect fit, incredibly warm, top qualit

This is the best down jacket I have ever worn. The fit is perfect, well done Marmot. For people who claim that the fit is off, lose some weight, the gear Marmot makes is the ideal fit for those that are not overweight. I bought this to replace a worn out Arc'teryx midweight down jacket that I've owned for years and I like this one much better. I cannot say enough good things about this jacket. Pretty good chance I buy another one.

Hem is too narrow.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my clothes are size M, and this one does not fit well because the hem is too narrow. Please see my picture to see the hem difference between this one and that of the echo feathlesss hoody size M. The one will be returned.

Quality jacket. Messed up shipment woes

Ripped after one wear
Ripped after one wear :( down was flying everywhere and noticed the lower back had ripped in an L shape. Really disappointed in quality esp since purchased as a gift.

Highlander Down Jacket is Rad!

Poor fit
Nice jacket but unfortunately poor fit. Arm holes cut too high and waist very tight. For reference I’m 5’6 average weight and usually wear a M.
