- Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest/bust.
- Waist:
- Place the measuring tape at your natural waist, the narrowest point on your torso.
- Hip:
- Place the measuring tape around the fullest point on your hips.

- If your measurements are close to two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

Just ok...
I have LOTS of other Icebreaker stuff and thought this would be great for my upcoming ski vacation. It's just ok. I wasn't keen on the painted-on pink strips and bone color. I think if they had matched bone with another color it might have looked better but I just wasn't all that inspired by this one and had purchased another Icebreaker on sale anyway so this one went back.
