Ironton XC Short-Sleeve Jersey

Yeti fanatics are a dedicated bunch, so convincing teal cultists to pull on the slick and streamlined Ironton Men’s Short-Sleeve XC Jersey isn’t hard. Even if you’re not one of the white-furred followers, though, the Ironton’s race-inspired style will win you over with it’s cooling, moisture-managing chops and thoughtful details. The elastic hem, for example, has silicone grippers so you don’t expose your assets while you’re in the saddle, and the gripper bands at the cuffs have a subtle pattern printed on them to make you go extra fast—or at least, to make you look like you might go extra fast.

  • Short-sleeve jersey for hitting the trails
  • Synthetic material manages perspiration
  • Silicone grippers secure the elastic hem
  • Gripper cuffs secure the sleeves without squeezing
  • 3 rear pockets hold ride essentials

Cool jersey for XC

  • Fit: True to size

But wearing white for mountain bike is not always the best choice, specially in muddy conditions.

The Zipper

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs large
  • Size Bought: Small

The zipper it is somehow hard and creates this ugly bump in front of your belly when you are riding. Some road guys say that the saggy excess of material can create drag resistance. I need to constantly keep pulling the jersey down as it slides up.
I wish I could return the jersey but I wore once and I need to keep it. Also, this jersey runs large and it is made for someone with long torso, I think.
Jersey is made in China.

Yeti rocks

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have a lot of Yeti bike gear and this jersey doesn’t disappoint. The fabric and fit are great. Love the looks also

Nice jersey but watch the sizing

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large
  • Size Bought: small

Very high quality jersey for the price, especially at the discounted price CC are doing it for. But the sizing is way off, certainly not a slim fit if you are used to roadie style jerseys. I'm usually between a small and a medium and so ordered a medium as I didn't want too a slim a fit. The medium was so huge I had to switch it for a small. Even the small is pretty big on me, certainly not anywhere close to "race fit" but it is the fit I was looking for so I am happy :)
