The perfect Tele knee pad

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I wear them over my base layer and under my North Face ski pants. Super comfortable fit. The straps don't bite on the back of the leg. I could probably tighten them up even more, but they stay put. Great protection for any time you need to go to the ground, ice, or touch our ski to your knee.

Awesome Knee Pads

I absolutely love these knee pads. They have awesome protection, and the straps don't hurt your legs. Perfect for tele skiers

Awesome Knee Pads

Second pair and still love them

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've have a history of knee problems from soccer, so I always ride with knee pads. These are super warm, a tad bulky, but super comfortable. I've tried other knee pads, and haven't had any stay in place or be as comfortable as these.

Good quality and fit

It fits well and don't feel like you are wearing them. It is good quality for that ice on the mountain. Good look too..

wicked pissa!

had them about 17 years...only thing around then, when I needed knee pads. I've got 60+ days in just this year so far, worn them every time. I use them when I ride my snowboard too! I'm 3rd fastest 55 year old teleskier, according to Naster

Kinda Bulky

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I used these for a few years before switching over to the Black Diamonds. They absolutely worked for their purpose, and saved my knee caps from multiple incidents that could have resulted in a shattered patella... However, I did find that they were a little too bulky for my liking. I switched over to the BD's, and I ended up liking them more. These are still a great investment- any serious telemarker should be wearing kneepads!

Perfect for tele!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These pads are super comfy, stay in place, and keep you warm in colder conditions. I've tried these and the BD Telekneesis, and these beat the Telekneesis hands down in terms of quality, comfort, and staying in place (key for me).
