Aura Pro Boa Snowboard Boot
The Vans Aura Pro Boa Snowboard Boot takes being the single most important piece of equipment a rider owns seriously. From turning, to boned-out grabs, to next-level rail tricks: everything starts at the feet. No matter where or how you like to ride, all-day comfort, ease-of-use, and clean looks never go out of style. Vans Custom Boa reels allow you to independently adjust the tightness of three different zones within the boot, so you can easily dial in the perfect fit every time. Not to mention, a Custom Slide Glide allows you to adjust the fit along the instep for customized comfort and superior heel hold.
Its medium flex is bendy enough for tweaking tricks in the park, yet supportive enough for shredding scary lines, and full instep articulation allows forward flex without breaking down the shell. The V2 UltraCush liner is heat-moldable for a custom fit, and has a fleece-lined cuff and flexible toe box for comfort. A mix of EVA and natural cork in the V2 UltraCush footbed provides cushioning where you want it and support where you need it, which ultimately translates into shock absorption and preventing foot fatigue. The V2 UltraCush outsole is made with EVA to reduce weight while improving cushioning, and strategically-placed rubber in the most high-wear areas ensures long-lasting durability and traction.

All resort needs
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I’ll keep it basic. I moved from a traditional lace boot to boa. It’s okay but not sure the time in and out is worth it to me. It is nice to adjust on the fly. Vans fit beautifully and true to size (10 street, 9.5 boots). No hotspots, did not heat mold as usually it reduces the life of the insert. The x cage is awesome really helps dial in heel hold. They are about a 5 or 6 on stiff scale but they suit me for everything at a resort or in the streets. I will be picking up the infuse for splitboard needs but this boot moved me from Burton and I have serious doubts I will return.
hello. this boots have normal sizes? I’m wearing 8,5 street shoes. what size of Vans aura pro I need? because DC snowboard shoes always on one size smaller. help me. thank you)
Vans snowboard boots are the real deal
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
THESE BOOTS ARE AWESOME!! The double boa sinching system paired with the adjustable custom pad on the part of the boa that adjusts the heel eliminate pressure points and allow a really tight and secure fit. I don't experience any heel lift at all in these boots as they really hold my feet tight.
Aside from those points, these boots are really comfortabl, warm, and durable. Basically everything you might need in a boot!! These do run a little small, so I would order up half a size!
Great, small footprint boot
I'm one of the few people that actually doesn't love the looks of the vans boots, but I bought them after trying several boots at the shop and finding these to fit my foot my best. Love the double-boa system and they have such a tiny footprint! I was originally gonna get the Ride Lassos because I read about how they are great for people trying to get a small footprint (I wear a size 12) to fit on their board, but when I put their soles against each other, the Vans were like an inch shorter on the outside! I will say that these boots are not as warm as others I have ridden in, so that's why I took a star off, but luckily, my feet don't get very cold.
