Awaken your senses.
Equipped with Uvex's Stimu Lens technology, the Uvex Apache II Goggle is designed to enhance your mood, optimize optical clarity, and stimulate your senses. The Black/Psycho features Psycho purple for clear, sunny days to
slightly overcast conditions, giving you a stimulating tint that's
optimized for awakening the senses. Conversely, the Translucent Matte/Alert uses an Alert yellow lens for socked-in days and stormy conditions, providing increased contrast and intensified lighting. Both lenses block 100% of harmful UVA/UVB/UVC rays and use a Supravision coating to prevent fogging and condensation build-up.

- Q & A
No vision enhancement
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Bought these for a week skiing in VT and have been disappointed. My previous goggles miraculously enhanced contrast in the snow on socked-in days compared to no goggles at all, allowing me see ice patches or death cookies that would otherwise have surprised me under the skis. these goggles (I'm using the yellow lens supposedly designed for low light) keep the wind out but not much more. When it's cloudy or twilight the snow just looks like a big grey expanse with no definition.
Mine got all foggy after I put it on for a while and I had to take it out in order to see anything. I'm returning mine.
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
It takes a few seconds to get use to everything being green, but after that you can't even tell. It did great while snowboarding. Good sun and other elements protection.
