The color I wanted didn't have my size, so I sized down hoping it would fit, since UA usually runs big. This fits pretty TTS. The material is moisture wicking and feels great for any physical activity. If my size and color ever restock, I'll be buying two for the gym.

These shirts are really hit or miss in terms of fit. I have 4 myself. One fits great and the material is very soft. Two fit ok, but are a little tight in the shoulders and the material is a bit rough. The latest one I purchased is complete garbage. Super tight in the neck / shoulders and sleeves are way too short. UA needs to work on consistent sizing and quality across the different colors of this product.

I already have three of this particular shirt and am about to get two more, for a specific usage: They are terrific under grid fleece hoodies, like the Patagonia R1 and the North Face Proprius. If you go down one size, to Large from XL in my case, the body fits nice - between "fitted" and "compression", but the short sleeves fit like "compression", meaning they don't get bunched up in your armpits under a form-fitting grid fleece. I found this out by accident, but am glad I did. So I have one in an accent color for each of my grid fleece pullovers.

I'm 5'9' 162 lbs. I went for the size M and it fits great; maybe a little tight on the neck area but still feels great. Nice light weight fabrics. Offered colors are great too.
