working great, slimmer designs
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I replaced an old set of Thermic boot warmers.
These heating elements are much slimmer than the old version which was a solid piece of metal.
Also, I subscribe to the alternate theory of installation because I do not wish to cut holes in my footbeds or have anything to possibly rub the bottom of my feet. I like to keep my footbeds smooth under foot.
I attached them to the BOTTOM of my footbeds instead (I did this with my old boot heaters, as well). You could use the thermic cambrelle covers to keep them in place, or you could user gaffers tape (I used gaff tape). No problem so far.
