Shred, Sally, shred.

Slide on the North Face Women's Sally Pant when you're ready to tackle new treelines, hike higher ridges, and sink your edges into bomber groomers. With the moisture shedding performance of 2-layer DryVent fabric knocking the wind, snow and sleet off of your skin, you'll stay dry all day. And since that protection is paired with 60 grams of Heatseeker insulation, Sally will keep the cold out when you're stuck in long lift lines or waiting in the parking lot for your shred buddies to pull up to break trail into the backcountry. TNF tops it all off with some key details like ankle gaiters with boot lace hooks, fully taped seams, and moisture sealed pockets to keep your pass and cash dry.

Multiple Use

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I bought these as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves them. She doesn't ski or snowboard, but she does need to walk the dog when it's cold outside. She tells me they're perfect for their walks on cold mornings.

Light and warm

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium

I wore it for the ice cave hike in Iceland and they are light and warm and totally water proof.

Great

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium - Long

These are great at a great price point. I haven't worn them on the slopes yet, but just trying them on, I feel like they're a down feather comforter on my legs but warmer (and not as puffy). They're very much "cool girl" pants (in my opinion). I'm 25, 140 lbs, 5'8" and the M is perfect. For reference, I'm a 27 in jeans (27 for Paige, Hudson, Mother -- 26 in jeans at American Eagle), a true medium in tops and sweats -- a 6 in leggings at Lulu, a S in Nike/UA leggings.

Gifted With Feedback

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size

Gave these as a gift to someone and they worked out really well. She usually gets cold and she said she stayed warm and dry in these all day long. The size she usually wears fit her well in these pants.

Extremely disappointed in the sizing

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Small

I am a small based on the size chart and reviews, and I couldn't even pull the pants over my hips.

Great pants.

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium

I used these on a very windy and cold summit night on Mt. Kilimanjaro. They were perfect. I had a pair of leggings underneath and I was warm.

Thanks for posting your review! It's always helpful to know how clothing items work out for people and how they fit. Also, that's awesome you summited Kilimanjaro!!

Comfortable, warm

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: True to size

I bought these for my mom, and she has a few other pairs of TNF ski pants. She likes these because they are warm and keep her comfortable on chilly days. She said the pockets are perfect for quickly stashing a car key or credit card and easy to open with a pair of gloves on. She's 5'8", and the Medium Regular was true to size for her. The inauguration blue color was a bit too bright for her taste, so I returned these.

Awesome pants!

These were purchased as a gift.

    Solid snow pants

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: Runs large

Even though I’m a woman I typically buys men’s pants as they fit me better and are much more comfortable. I decided to give these a try because I needed some new snow pants and these were on sale. I honestly was super skeptical and was 95% sure i would be sending them back, as I do with most women’s pants I order, but they are comfortable and fit great. To the credit of most of the other reviewers, they do seem to be on the bagger/bigger side, but this is probably why I like them so much. Much more comfortable to wear with base layers and I love that I could order in a short so I’m not tripping over them constantly. If you like pants a with a roomier fit, these are solid.

    A little big

I love these for playing around with my kids, they keep me warm and dry for as long as they want to be out. I do wish I had gotten the medium instead of the large; I’m right on the boarder line of the size chart and decided to go up, but they’re just a bit too loose, even over several layers.

Good shape but a little long

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Large regular

I have a pretty proportionate build and the shape of the Large seat/hips was perfect, they aren’t snug in any one area. Being just slightly too big as I’m on the border of M/L mixed with no snug spots is making me consider downsizing so that I won’t need to pull them up. On the other hand, I’ll have plenty of room for baselayers. I went by the sizing chart and got regular length which should have been slightly short, but even with boots I think they’re a little too long. I got them after Ohio’s ski window so haven’t been able to try them, but they felt good when I was out in the wind. The purple is lighter than I expected-not a deep eggplant.

      North Face Kelly Snow Pant

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: medium

These kept me very warm while x-country skiing in Montana. Was disappointed in the fit. I felt they ran small. Love the color. My husband could spot me a mile away! The price point was great! I needed something fast and these worked and I will continue to use them in my future winter adventures.

      Flattering Snow Pant

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
      • Fit: True to size

I gave these as a gift and she loved them! They fit true to size and are very flattering for snow pants! They are an awesome pant for the price and North Face did a great job.
They have a little insulation to keep you warm, but don't look puffy like other pants do! They are great for any snow activity!! The bottoms are flared out a little bit to work well with a boot. And she loved that the pockets zip so you don't loose your valuables when out playing in the snow.

      Flattering and Functional

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: S

This snow pant is great quality and looks flattering on. The waist runs a bit tight which is why I gave it 4 stars. Function wise, they are perfect for snow activities.

cant beat it for the price!

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
      • Fit: True to size

These pants are awesome, very simple in styling, come in good colors and keep you pretty darn warm in mid-winter conditions. Definitely reccomend, especially for the price!

      Warm, and comfortable.

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit: Runs large
      • Size Bought: S

I bought the S/regular length and they’re pretty long. Definitely baggier than they look in the photos, but it makes them extra comfortable. These kept my really warm, too. Warm and comfy - exactly what I was looking for at that price.

      Great But Snug Through Hips

      • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: M

These pants are great quality and will be perfect for getting out in the Minnesota backwoods. Unfortunately I needed to return the medium I ordered in exchange for a large. Ladies, if you’re curvy know that these might be a bit snug around your hips/backside. I’ve got an athletic build, wear jeans with a 29-30” waist, but have full hips and a booty. The medium’s were do-able, and the waist fit well, but would have limited my range of motion. Personally I’d rather have them a touch baggy in the legs to allow for comfort in the hips and layers. I can’t wait to get my new pair soon!

      comfortable & Warm

      • Fit: True to size

Fit perfect true to size I'm 6ft so I went for the M Long.

      Baggy, but warm

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit: Runs large
      • Size Bought: XL

I ordered these pants primarily due to the price point. I was sick of getting wet using just gaiters, and just need something to get me through some snowshoeing/hiking and maybe x-country skiing for the rest of the winter. I didn't want to spend a lot, as I anticipate they will be too large next winter. I measured carefully, but find that these pants are pretty lose in the waist and hips. I think I could have fit better into a large instead of an XL. I did find them to be warm when I was wearing them last night, and they have belt loops, so I guess they'll do for now. If it wasn't late February, I'd probably exchange them for a smaller size.
