Killer wax

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Works great on those lameo greens ya get drug into with those stellar decision that end up being a wrong turn. My board keeps speed beyond most others on the hill!

Amazing Wax

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is the first and only wax I've used since I started waxing my own snowboards. But I can tell you that THIS wax is crazy awesome! I've gotten my board waxed at other shops and thought it rode pretty good, but I had no idea what I was missing out on......
The day I rode with this wax on my board my eyes were opened! It's really hard to notice a difference with wax jobs in choppy/powdery conditions in my opinion but easily noticeable on flats, which is where this wax put the biggest grin on my face. I was blowing by people on the flats and didn't know it was gonna be that drastic going into it but it was! Just make sure since this stuff is a little more expensive that you get the correct temperature wax for the conditions you'll be riding! I purchased the Yellow wax due to it being a pretty warm day and monitored the weather before hand before I committed. All in all it was a great wax for me!

Wax it!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Swix wax is my go to wax. Swix' temperature chart helps navigate the confusing world of wax. I use the wax to protect my bases and help with the "glide." On the colder days, I'll make sure I use one of the harder waxes to prevent "base burn." The warmer days is when you really get to feel the glide and the benefits of a good wax.

Swix Wax

I'm a huge fan of the swix wax, and this is no different! Easy to apply, and the temperature ranges are accurate- so long as you follow the directions, you'll find success. Definitely would recommend!

    Right On

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Well marked packaging and quality goods make it easy to dial in your skis for almost any condition. Get a variety that meets your average climate range.

    The Real Deal

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This wax is the real deal, goes on easily with clearly marked packages for temperature. I use roughly 10g per pair of skis.
