Not for beginners

I've never written a review before but I should mention to those who aren't sure whether to buy the board or not, that it's very easy to ding. So easy that on my second time using it, I actually broke the fin box. I'm kinda disappointed, but it shows that buying things in person (especially surfboards) is better than buying them online.

Jonathan. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You are correct in saying this construction is not for beginners. Surfers are a funny bunch, when we build them extra durable, people complain that they are "too Stiff" "doesn't feel like my other board. This has a performance layup/ glassing. They surf great, and will hold up for years, if you treat them right. But Repairs, and dings are a reality with light boards. We have some molded Epoxy boards that might be better while you are learning.

The reps comment below is BS. They are just crappy mass produced boards all around.
