Too short

Nothing special about this shirt. Runs small and not as long as I wanted (I'm long-waisted). I also ordered a size Large. This fit me better in length and width, but was loose at the neck chest.

I?ve never not fit into a large in my life and this shirt is way too small. I don?t even think exchanging for the xl will help, it is a very slim fit. I have a large chest but am petite otherwise and this large felt painted on. Also very long sleeves
