I like these

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 36

The fabric is great. Super comfortable and breathable. I will say true to size, but I could have went up a size.

Bring on Summer

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 30

I bought these looking for a lightweight pair of shorts that looked dressy enough to wear out to the bars and BBQs, but would be light and tough enough for weekend camp trips and hanging out by the river.
The fabric is super stretchy and lightweight, and has resisted most of the stains and dings I've put into them thus far. Coming back for another pair.

Stoic Boardroom

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I gave these to my son and he loves them! fits him great (but he is small) They look great on.

why bother putting sizes?

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: XXL

I wear a 38 in jeans, but knowing shorts always seem to run small, I ordered XXL, which according to the chart, should be 40-43. I ordered 2 pair, they sent me 38's, which are really like 36's. Super bummed, I really like the shorts, the fabric and cut were exactly what I was looking for. I wish that instead of listing them in sizes, S - XXL, and having you reference a sizing chart that would ultimately be thrown out the window, that they would have listed them as they are actually sized, in inches. I'm hoping backcountry can get it right and send me the size I ordered...
