The Renegade CONTROL 2Bliss Tire features a fast-rolling tread design that's perfect for quick accelerations, with engineered knobs that hold traction while climbing, cornering, and braking. Its also built with Specialized's GRIPTON compound for high-performing mechanical grip, whether the trail is wet or dry. GRIPTON has the added benefit of dampening vibrations, keeping our mind focused on the trail ahead as we navigate boulders and berms. If we were to step back and compare it to its S-Works sibling, we'd notice a wider, denser tread, as well as extension in the casing overlap—this means we're better defended against cuts and pinch flats. Certainly not a bad thing.
