SorelSnowlion XT Boot - Women's

Winter wildcat.

While winter may be a formidable foe, the Sorel Snowlion XT Boot is a cheerful adversary for your archetypal cold-weather ventures. These iconic boots represent years of abrasive winters spent shoveling driveways, catapulting icy snowballs, and chasing the kids around snow forts. Ideal for virtually any snowy endeavor, these brogans distinguish themselves from the ranks of bubblegum boots by protecting you from the harsh elements while simultaneously keeping your feet cozy warm.

Forged for safeguarding your feet, these boots are outfitted with a durable weather resistant PU-backed synthetic upper, built-in gaiter, and barrel lock drawcord—sealing in the good stuff and keeping the fluffy junk out. The Omni-Heat reflective lining toaster-ovens warmth, while a felt liner boot regulates temperature and moisture build up. And—to boot—these snow shoes are equipped with a tenacious molded waterproof thermal rubber shell, complete with multi-directional lugs for enhanced traction and maximum stability. So while you neighbors are going knock-kneed and doing splits over icy slush in their driveway, you can stand steady in precarious conditions.

VERY WARM AND DRY

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are my first pair of Sorels and I am not disappointed. I usually take a size 7 1/2, but they only had whole sizes. I bought a size 7 and a size 8 to compare. The size 7 my toes were hitting the front of the boot , so I went with the size 8. They are a little big and wide but I added an extra boot insert on the bottom which helped. You can tighten the front of the boot with the drawstrings also. I have been using them for snowmobiling which is perfect; especially with the cold and snow we have been having ! They are a little bit bulky , but I have no problem walking in them. They are warm and dry which is what I was after.

Life saving gift

I bought these as a gift for a friend before she left for work in Alaska-she works for a fishery so she is doin wet, rough work. She loves these boots. She says they have kept her very warm and have held up with all of the work that gets thrown at them. She didn't really like how bulky they were at first, but soon got used to them. She says she would certainly buy another pair if they ever decided to start wearin down!

    20 YEAR BOOT!

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

I had a pair of these from 20 years ago. Yes, they lasted that long. These are just as good, if not better. They would last another 20 years. They are great for the deep snow when out and about shovelling and plowing. Despite them being so great, I did return them. I was looking for a boot that could do what this does, and which is a little dressy and I can wear to work. I couldn't find such a boot so I decided to by two pairs, one for each purpose. I found a pair of Clarks that are a little dressy and could perform as well as the Sorel. An added bonus with the Clark's boot, it has a removable insole so I can use my orthodics. If you don't need a nicer looking boot, then this Sorel is the one. I highly recommend it.

They did great on a cold trip!

I just spent 3 days in Yellowstone with temperatures as low as -20. These were great- comfortable and warm. I have never had Sorel boots before, but these seemed to be perfect for what I needed. Thanks for the help!

      New to Sorel

Have never owned a pair of Sorel boots before and I have been missing out. These are warm, comfortable, relatively light and a perfect boot for those heavy snow days.

        Snow Shovel Ready

        • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
        • Fit: True to size
        • Size Bought: 10

Sister-in-law: For the morning after the snow ritual! Tall, warm, and grips well. Always good to have the right tool for the job!

the only boot that holds up to high snow

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have had these for 10 years. I may order a new pair. I just returned the Joan of Arctic, although they looked more stylish. These are your hiking, wading, snowmachining or snow shoe boots. Not sure about sizing these days, but I have a 1/2 to 1 size bigger and I put warm wool thick socks on. They are warm then. Have not tried these new versions. These fully keep the snow out.
