More back heel padding

I really like these boots but Sorel really needs to invest in padding at the heel. Have regularly wore these boots and still get cuts at the back of my ankles. Thick socks did not work Not double socks. Only solution was to silver tape some silicone pads to the boots. I would say to people to keep this in mind when buying.

Beautiful but not for wide feet :(

Beautiful boots but they are so narrow - I don't even have a particularly wide foot, just slightly wider than average I guess. A real shame as they seem very well made and the grill fawn colour is a dark khaki/black kind of colour which is lovely.

Really cute and comfy!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I love this boot. I got them for walking the pup in cold snowy weather. They keep my feet toasty warm. Yes, they are a little wide on the bottom, but I didn't mind at all after wearing them for a little bit. I think it adds to the comfort. They're not winter hiking boots by any means, but they're amazing for errands and walks! I wear to the gym and then change shoes once i'm inside. Much easier than wearing my tall, super arctic weather type Sorel boots. Again, each boot has it's time and place and I find that this boot is more ideal for everyday wear. I love them and I love the pretty pink soles! I don't think you need to size up in these. I actually did size up to a 9 originally, but had to send back for my normal size 8.5

Terrible

Familiarity:

The pink color on the bottom is hideous. The quality has gone way down for sorel on these ones. DO NOT PURCHASE. The sole of shoe is wide and awkward. Very cheap as well. One sharp rock and it would be done for.

Lovely boots, well made, but slightly small

These are lovely warm and solid boots, really well made, but I do find that unless I'm wearing my thinnest summer socks my toes are rammed up to the edge of the boots and the toe space feels a tad too narrow. Thankfully the boots are nice and warm so that's not an issue. Also weirdly not very snug around the heel, so if I went hiking I'm pretty sure I'd have a blister in no time, but for what I bought them for they are fine.
