Extremely disappointed

Familiarity:: I returned this product before using it

I was really looking forward to receiving these boots. Unfortunately they were completely sized incorrectly. I know I have large feet(size 11), and although these were labeled on the box and on the shoes as the size I ordered, they were nowhere near the correct size. They were more like a size 9. I even compared them to many other pairs of shoes that I own and physical size was clearly smaller than an average size 11. Super disappointed in Sorel and Back Country.

Absolutely LOVE!

Familiarity:: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

After wearing these all day for the first time in Santa Cruz I am in love. I expected to have to break them in a bit but they where comfy all day. It was a little hard to get my heal in at first so that is why only 4 stars but it's really not that bid of a deal. The zipper makes them super easy to put on and off once you figure out how you wan to tie your laces. I got a ton of complements on how cute they are too!
