Smartwool Merino 150 Baselayer Pattern Top - Women's

Serendipitous sheep.

What do you get when you wrap a sheep around a bungee-jumping cord? Well, we don't actually have an answer to that, but the Core Spun fabric of the SmartWool Women's Short-Sleeve Merino 150 Baselayer Pattern Top comes pretty dang close. Utilizing ultra-soft merino fibers wrapped around a nylon core, this next-to-skin baselayer has unparalleled durability, stretch, and comfort while optimizing the naturally odor-resistant, moisture-managing, and temperature-regulating properties of wool. Raglan sleeve reduce chafing under backpack straps, and smooth merrow stitching creates a slim, feminine, flattering fit.

Do it all shirt!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium

One of those shirts that you can wear from the office to the trail. The fit is trim and flattering. The length is just right. I purchased it in light capri. The color looks just like the photo, very vibrant.

After multiple days on the trail, it retains its shape and never holds an odor.

Hiking, climbing, casual, or travel, you name it, this shirt can handle it.

Great for hiking and camping!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Medium

I recently purchased this shirt before a 4 day camping/hiking trip in southern Utah. This shirt was great! I layered it under other shirts when it was cooler, and hiked in it by itself when it was warmer and it held up for 4 days! It is super moisture-wicking and the fabric is so soft. It does seem to run a little small, though. Normally I wear a small, but I purchased a medium in this top.
