Not warm enough for MN
These are very cute mittens - very soft and feels nice when using them. Usually just wear them while walking, often pushing a stroller. I bought because another review from Minneapolis said they were warm enough for MN, but today (Nov 30) they definitely weren't warm enough. There's no way we'll survive January and February! If I lived in a state a bit warmer, I'd totally love them!

Exactly as advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to wear while walking in the winter. They are a good weight for this semi-active activity. They would not be warm enough for extended, inactive periods in the cold, but that is expected based. They look just like the picture and are exactly what I was expecting. I would say I have average sized hands and the S/M fit me perfectly. #SmartwoolLove

Yes it is my second pair
I wear them mostly when I go to town and it's cold out they are not a thick mittens so I can easily them in my purse

Warm but not suitable for under 20 deg

Best mittens ever
These mittens are so warm without being bulky. They allow you to be flexible a bit like a glove but keep your fingers so much warmer.

Cozy but only lasted one winter
I found the fit to be perfect for my hands but both mitts have started coming apart between the thumb and rest of the hand. I received them just over a year ago for Christmas and love them as a liner mitt but am so disappointed that they didn't last longer.

Wanted to love, but now I need a new glove
I was SO excited about these. They are definitely cozy and they feel like a good quality but the fit is really off. The cuff isn't a good distance from the thumb and the finger length is pretty long. I either had to pull them down so the cuff stays down around my wrist but my thumbs would be uncomfortable. Or I made my thumbs comfortable and the fitted cuff was up on the "heel" of my palm.

Would definitely buy these again
I now own two pairs of these and they are amazing to run in and they're perfect for a quick light weight glove that's still very warm.

Love these mittens
These light weight mittens are best for cold weather aerobic activities or for wearing for errands. They're easy to throw in a pocket or a purse for a little extra warmth. I wore out my first pair (they do snag if doing rough work, like carrying firewood), so now I'll be more careful.
