Not up to Smartwool quality
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Typically I love Smartwool products but these mitts were a huge disappointment. The button came off within the first few uses and then developed a hole near the base of the thumb shortly there after. These were hardly worn. Save your money and don’t go with this style.

Worked great
Work great in 15 degrees where i needed the use of my fingers to work a mobile device. I did use hand warmers in the "flip" part to warm finger tips in between helping guests. Worth the $$ if you have a job that you need to use your fingers in cold weather.

Keeps the digits warm!
Purchased these as my hands were getting a little frigid on cold weather hikes in Colorado. I found that they keep the digits toasty with the added benefit of being able to take a picture on the fly with flipping the mit section back. I have worn them at 9 degree weather for 4 hours and had no issues with cold hands. I wear a large leather glove and ordered the L/XL and they fit perfectly for my hands. I do believe that if someone had chronic cold hands they should consider buying the wool layer to go under, but I personally don't need that. The leather palm is great and helps with no slip on hiking poles.

Perfect fit, excellent quality. Thinking of buying more products from this one purchase.

Nice and warm.
Great except the thread hook around the button for the flip mitt is a very tight and not thick. Seems it might break.

Warm & Cozy Mitts
These Cozy Grip Flip Mitts are very warm and comfortable. I have worn them alone and also over Liner Gloves for extra warmth. The buttons are a little tricky to hook and unhook. I leave the buttons unhooked when frequently covering and uncovering outdoors during walks, events, play, etc. The thumbs are touchscreen compatible which is a major bonus!

Good Quality. Advertised color is not what you receive.
Love the gloves. Really warm and sleek, but make sure you look at the image pictures before you buy to make sure you like the colors.

Good wool mitten
Nice mittens - they are warm and function as expected. Downside is the loop that goes around the button when mitten is flipped to gloves is pretty thin and not very easy to secure.

Good mittens mainly
All in all I'm glad that I got the mittens as I needed a mitten to use while taking photographs in the winter. The main part of the mitt is insulated which is nice and helps make the mitts warmer. Unfortunately the part that goes over your fingertips (the mitten tip) is not insulated and they do not keep my fingertips as warm as I'd like them too. Also when you have the mitten tip portion on it's a bit tight and squeezes my the palm of my hand some, but it probably has to be that way to stay on and not have gaps. The palm is nice on the mitten.
