Six Six OneEXO Knee/Shin Pad

EXO skeleton for your shins and knees.

Want to take all the fun out of riding in a hurry? Try slamming your shin into your pedal while riding. If this doesn't sound like a great time, the Six Six One EXO Knee/Shin Pad will save your day, with a mesh sleeve and lightweight EVA foam padding that's designed to save your skin from pedal slams and skin-grinding crashes. It also has a compressive fit that supports muscles so you can feel better and ride longer, and a silicone grip print that keeps it from slipping and sliding while you're pedaling.

Great fit and Excellent price!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I used the sizing charge provided on this page. When I got them they fit great and don't seem to move around much when riding. I was worried I would not like the feel of them on and never use them but that is not the case. They don't bother me when riding. They breathe well and its nice to know that I have something on my knees and shins now when going into a corner a bit hot.

Great fit and does exactly what it says!

I was looking for something that would stay put, add a bit of rubber between me and the trees, and not be hot. I assumed that I'd be returning these as the mesh wouldn't cool well enough.
However, I've been super impressed. The mesh is very breathable, the rubber has cut-outs for airflow and the backing is smooth and wicking. The result is a pad that is light and flexible enough to forget about, cool enough to keep on even while climbing, and there when you need to guard from the branches of death hiding in the brush!

NOTE: I wouldn't size up on these. I thought I'd want to in order to be more comfortable, but the material is pleasant with sizing as directed.

*Same review for this and the elbow version as my experience has been equally good.

So it doesn't specify does it come as a pair or do you have to buy them separately?

    knee and shin

the size was perfect for me. I have big thighs and calves and xl and xxl was the right size for me. Very comfortable fit.

I wanted them to work but...

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

...the upper thigh area was loose enough that they would NOT stay tucked into my bib legs, which caused them to slide down and not cover my knees.

    Fixed what ailed me

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These are perfect. They cover shins and knees and dont bug me like some other heavier pads. They are light and breathe very well. You dont notice them on the up and have enough pad for the down to feel confident. I have flat pedals with spikes and gashed my shin to the bone before I got these, and now I dont even trip about that. get em

Is there any padding on them at all? or are they just a compresion cover?

These do have some padding. Not much but it should cover you for light to moderate impacts.

If you have any further questions you can hit me up at and I would love to help you out.

    Went thrue hell with them

Although they are a bit unconfortable at first, the more i wore them, the better they felt.
they are perfect for short easy rides, long enduro technical trails or having fun in the pump track
The amount of protection is enough for low to medium impacts
they stay on and dont move very much,
    super breathable and comfy
i would totally recomend them for trail and enduro riding
