Shred Optics Stupefy Goggle

It doesn't get any wider.

If the Shred Optics Stepefy Goggles were any wider, they'd be the industry's first and only panorama goggle. This easy-to-change spherical lens is Shred Optics' largest. It boasts No Distortion technology, so your vision doesn't get warped. The technology has a small valve to equalize the pressure that causes lens shift at altitude changes, and a high-tech Poron filter keeps moisture out. To further keep you seeing clearly, the Monocle's lens block 100% of UVA, UVB and UVC rays and are anti-fog treated. The polyurethane frame is built to last, while the universal helmet compatible design, grip-on straps and tapered foam are added to make it as functional as possible. It's almost stupid how much and how easy it is to see with these goggles on.

Make Goggles Great Again!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Very nice goggles! They have it all: comfortable, huge field of view, they don't fog as much as others I've tried, and they have a great fit. They do run a little larger, so if you have a small face you might want to look elsewhere. Highly recommended for the price!

awesome

These goggles fit comfortably in a helmet and don't block your nose. They haven't fogged once for me. Would trust these in all situations. Psyched on my peripheral awareness with these. The contrast boosting lens that is available and seems to provide more definition that the Oakley Prizm. Just sayin.

Comfort and Style

Universally fits all types of winter sports athletes. Comfy feel, huge field of view, cool look, and high quality frame and lenses, no fogging. Would most definitely get and recommend these again and again.

Super rad frames for shredding the Gnar!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've had a pair of these goggles every year for the last three years and cannot live with out them! The big frame provides an insane field of vision plus the new CBl technology picks up more colors and offers more versatility in low light conditions than the Oackley Prizm technology!

Super rad frames for shredding the Gnar!

Huge field of view

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought them as a Christmas present for my husband last year and he loves the huge field of view. He says they are incredibly comfortable and now that he got used to them he couldn't live without them.

Does this come with just one lens, or does it have interchangeable lenses?

Hey John - A few of the options at the higher price point ($139.96) come with an extra bonus lens you can interchange. Feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions.

Just got these, can't wait for the snow

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These are amazing goggles. I got them today and I tried them on and the range of vision and the clairity are phenomenal. I was hesitant at first because of the price point but I can tell you these are worth every penny. I can wait for the snow to hit so I can put them to the real tests

Just got these, can't wait for the snow

Sweet Goodness

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I am very new to the Shred line of products, and I admit that I returned these goggles the first time I purchased them. But, after some serious regret I purchased these again in the S-Duper and I am so glad that I did.

So many companies today are touting a "quick lens change" technology. I would put these up against anything from Smith, Oakley, Scott and the like. If you can't swap out these lenses in 15 seconds or less you must me on the short bus. The only goggle that is easier to change is the Anon M2.

The field of view from these goggles cannot be beat. They are a bit of an oversize fit, so you would definitely want to try these on with a helmet if you wear one. Backcountry.com did not sell any replacement lenses this year - a real bummer - but I was able to pick of a few from shredoptics.com

My only gripe is I wish the goggle strap were just a tad longer.

Best goggles ever weared

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Perfect fitting. Huge field of vision. Incredibly good lens. Extremely cool looking frame. The Stupefy it's just amazing and there is nothing left to say.

Buy this one!!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This goggle is just perfect. I have been on these amazing huge field of view goggles since the season started in Colorado and I am so happy I got them. The black lens is just incredibly good in any light condition, from flat light to bright, as well as when it gets dark in the late afternoons. Nodistortion works! All my other goggles get a big bubble around the nose here in CO, these lenses are perfect instead! I definitely recommend them, they are unbelievable!

Awesome goggle!

Great field of view with these things. Extremely comfortable to wear. Was hiking while wearing them last weekend, great fog resistance. Highly recommend them!

Wicked Good Goggles

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Shred Stupefy Goggles are the best goggles I have ever had. Straight up these goggles provide the biggest field of vision. The Nordistortion Lens Technology gives me crystal clear vision in any weather conditions.. The Stupefy are also helmet compatible, really good fit, no gaper gaps. I Highly recommend purchasing these goggles.

Really liking the looks of the stupefy the oversize frame will be amazing. I've heard the lens shred uses is the bomb!

Best Goggles

The main reason I love this goggle is the field of vision it provides. I have never had a goggle that you can see so well out of and on top of that it looks really cool too!

    I can see everything!

This goggle is all around awesome. It has a cylindrical shape that makes for an extreamly wide field of vision. The NODISTORTION technology allows for clear vision at any altitude from your sea level apartment to your favorite 14,000 foot lines.

      Sick frame!

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The Shred Stupefy Don is for sure my favourite goggle since I start riding. The view is huge and the spherical lens is super cool!!!

      Hidden Gem

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've been a skier since I was two years old, and I can't remember a goggle that gave me better perception of the snow and what's around me. The field of view is crazy. A lot of companies talk a big game about wide field of views, but I can always see the frames and it pisses me off! If you're looking for the best quality goggles around, you've found it!

      Better then they say.....

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is the goggle I had been looking for! Not only does it have a great spherical lens with huge field of vision. It has all the details that I need in a goggle: The foam is soft and smooth to my face, the strap sticks on my helmet and doesn't slide off, the frame fit perfectly against my helmet and the lens is simply the best I've ever used.

I have to admit, that I am a huge Ted L. Fan and if they are good enough for him, who am I to argue?!
