The team at Showers Pass know this better anyone, which is why it came up with the Rogue Hooded Jacket. This cycling-specific softshell is both comfortable and versatile. It fits just like your favorite sweatshirt, except that it shrugs off light precipitation, and it won't turn into a sweat rag once you get pedaling. Your morning ride to work just got a little bit better.

Showers Pass built the Rogue hooded jacket from a fleece-lined and waterproof softshell material. The 10,000mm waterproof rating means that it's as waterproof as most rain jackets, only way more comfortable. The fleece backing adds a touch of warmth, which makes it ideal for days when the mercury has dropped below about 50 degrees. And to continue this theme of warmth, Showers Pass also included an adjustable hood that fits over most helmets.

The Rogue jacket is cut for logging time on the bike. Naturally, this means that there's a drop tail for deflecting wheel-spray and to keep your backside covered from the elements. The core has a conforming fit in order to keep flapping to a minimum, even when you're in the drops. The sleeves have been cut generously long in order to accommodate a stretched out position over the hoods, and the wrist gaiters have thumb loops that keep the sleeves from riding up.

Further enhancing the functionality is a large zippered pocket at the back, which is accessible from the right side of the jacket. There's also reflective detailing throughout the construction that improves your visibility to motorists in critical low-light conditions. Lastly, there's a light loop by the back pocket that further enhances your chances of being seen.
