Love the vents and the large pockets
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: Small
As a Ranger for The Dyrt, I get products to test and review in the field. This time, I tested the Showers Pass Double Century RTX Cycling Jacket. I took it for a weekend bikepacking trip. I rode for about 3 hours in the rain and this jacket was perfect.
Multiple venting options: When I wore this on the trip, the temperature was around 45 F and I only wore a lightweight jersey under the jacket and closed all vents. I'm thinking it'll be good to around 75 F with vents opened.
Chest pocket with audio port: Can fit any regular sized smartphone.
Rear pocket: Huge pocket. I could fit a 26 Oz Bottle with some room to spare next to it.
I am very happy with the jacket and would recommend it for cyclists.
Nagendra, can this jacket fold up and fit in a typical jersey back pocket?
Yes. You can roll it up and put it in a Jersey pocket. I do that all the time.
