Blacksheep Boxer Brief

You shell out big bucks for high-tech jackets, pants, and gear, so why would you let your most sensitive regions suffer in sub-par underwear? The Saxx Men's Blacksheep Boxer Brief with Fly is made with 100% merino wool to keep you warm, dry, and odor-free during cold weather pursuits. Merino wool has temperature-regulating properties that help you stay warm when it's cold and cool when it's warm, and it insulates even when wet. It also has natural odor-resistant properties that keep the funk to a minimum. Whether you're snowboarding or running through frozen city streets, the Blacksheep will help you stay comfortable and cozy in the cold.

The best underwear for guys. And Merino anything is always a good idea.

Merino is the best!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Comfy, wicking, cozy, and breathable. Such a great purchase. I add these into my rotation of technical boxers.

Best fit and all day comfort.

    Damn good boxers

Merino, if you don’t know Is the best fabric ever and having a pair of saxx boxers made out of them what more could you really want! By fair my new favorite pair! Will probably be picking up 4-5 more of these amazing boys.

I thought the Quest 2.0 was my favorite Saxx line, until I tried these. The merino wool is amazingly comfortable, in all weather conditions. Definitely satisifed! I found them to be true to size.

      Great Breathability & Moisture Wicking

These have been on my boyfriends wishlist for awhile, and I finally purchased them for him- he's obsessed. I thought a merino wool boxer would be really warm, because wool...but I guess the merino is more for moisture wicking and breathability. He has been wearing these in 90-100 degrees this summer, and they stay feeling "fresh" throughout the day. He has quite a few of the Platinum Saxx's, and these have a slightly wider waistband which he actually found he likes. Also, while the Platinum boxer stretches a little bit throughout the day, the Merino consistently held it's shape. Definitely recommend!

Favorite in terms of fit and function

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Gave these to this guy I know: 5’10” and 175 lbs.
      He said this:
Medium. Love these underwear - probably my favorite in terms of fit and function, and I think I’ve tried just about every brand of merino boxer briefs out there. The merino feels substantial but not too heavy, can certainly be worn during warm weather pursuits.

      No complaints

I got these for my boyfriend but have feedback to share. He loves how soft and well structured these briefs are. They can take a good amount of abuse without smelling or feeling dirty. He hasn't experienced any stretching along the thigh the way that other wool briefs can get, and he has not said anything about them being too hot.

As a Saxx fan, I have heard some questionable things about the Wool variant. A previous review cited poor fit and I also heard of durability issues.

I have had these for over 6 months and do not have any complaints. They are comfortable, wick moisture well and have not shown any signs of wear.

They are slightly thicker than some of the other pairs of Saxx I have but it does not prevent me from wearing them on the hottest days.

      Wasn't what I expected

Was looking for some wool to keep my butt dry when riding my motorcycle. The fit is too loose and the leg length was shorter than I expected. Might try some wool riding shorts next like the ones from Ibex.
