Mild to moderate overpronaters—now is your time to rejoice. If you've long pined for a lightweight, yet durable shoe that's fit for half to full marathon training, look no further than the Saucony Men's Guide 10 Light Stability Running Shoe. The newest update in the Guide lineage, the Guide 10 touts minimal change in the overall construction, however it does feature a few nominal updates to help you better your run.
For starters, the Guide 10 is now equipped with a full seamless upper, in turn providing passive breathability and dynamic, personalized fit. FlexFilm overlays provide torsional support in the upper, without causing hot spots or adding to the overall weight of the shoe. Meanwhile, the Everun midsole continues to attenuate shock and offers enhanced energy return, allowing you to make the most of your stride—without impacting the longevity of the shoe. However, new to this year is an added midfoot structure, which holds and supports your foot as you propel yourself towards the next mile. The 8mm drop maintains a smooth transition, while the Tri-Flex outsole promotes unencumbered flexibility and traction underfoot. Additionally, the Tri-Flex outsole no longer features the decoupled areas along the medial and heel sides of the shoe (as it once touted in the 9), in turn providing better stability.

Great running shoes
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
These are great shoes - fit as expected and are comfortable right out of the box, with minimal break in. I had owned a similar version of these shoes (Ride 9) which were oddly tight in the toe box - no such issue with these shoes. I found these to be stable and comfortable after a month of use (I run about 15 miles each week - not long distance, but consistent week to week).
