Freestyle for small fries.

The Salomon Kids' Villain Grom Snowboard packs the snappy response of Louif Paradis' signature Villain Snowboard into a pint-sized package for the smallest of riders. This twin-shaped deck delivers a balanced feel that's ideal for learning switch tricks in the park and floating backside 180s off side-hits on the mountain. It's based off Salomon's Rock Out Camber, which places a large flat section between the bindings for a highly predictable and stable feel, transitioning to camber zones underfoot for the loaded response needed to clear kickers and lock onto rails. The tip and tail feature a subtle dose of rocker, which instills a bit more playfulness while producing extra float in powder.

Seeing it's made for the smallest of riders, the softer flex pattern inspires confidence for linking up turns when they're just starting out, all the way to perfecting technical tricks in the park after they've been riding multiple seasons. It's loaded with a full aspen core for a smooth, consistent flex with high levels of durability needed to withstand park thrashings. Bite-free edges are fully detuned along the tip and tail contacts, meaning they're less likely to catch unexpectedly, only to throw little riders tumbling down the hill. It's rounded out with an Extruded EG base, which glides quickly, but doesn't require constant waxing like its sintered counterparts.
